I almost wanted to cheat and group them as one movie, but I decided just to pick the one I liked better. Dark Knight is incredible, but Begins is still my favorite. Make a list!

To mutch action and not enough developement of the players. And the action was to perfect and fast cut together, you couldent make out what was going on.

But Olga is the hot gir of the moment right now with roles in all kind of movies. She is headlining the action movie Kirot.

In the movie she plays a woman that is coerced into becoming a hit woman for a shadowy organization after being imprisoned for working as a prostitute.

She escapes from her new employees and joins forces with an abused woman she encounters on the run. Together they embark on a campaign of revenge.

Sound like the movie NIKITA to me but with olga and that makes it 100% better :-) and the original NIKITA movie is great!

I miss you, too! Come play.

It's really funny that you commented on this because I was at the exhibit when Ryan exclaimed, "Look! There's Jason Ring!" So of course, I spin around, my eyes racing everywhere, and Ryan points to a man who looks EXACTLY like you at age 45. It was uncanny. Same hair, same facial structure, height, mannerisms, style... uncanny. I explained that you were studying architecture and I it would be totally legit to see you there. I was bummed.

However, I was not bummed by the exhibit. Sure, they are unlivable (hence why the plywood was my favorite - it knew its means were only temporary), but it is interesting to see what can be done and what minds are thinking it all up. I missed the 3rd floor sadly, but I did make it up to the 6th, where more pre-fab fabulousness was on display.

And yes, the yellow one was interesting, but VERY unlivable. That is too funny that it was designed by an NJIT-er. I'll have to tell Brian for sure. A woman next to me was showing her young son the house and told him, "This is a nice house, but you would have to live somewhere very warm to enjoy it!" So true.

Take it slow, Bigalow,
Kate.

first off: i miss you!

secondly: really? i saw this exhibit about 2 weeks ago with a couple friends from my studio. i have to say we all unanimously felt let down. i especially felt that many of these structures were designed with practicle intentions, but ultimately wound up unlivable. i don't know if you saw it, but there was an excellent exhibit on the 3rd floor on paper architecture.

and on an interesting note: the first pre-fab (the yellow, wooden one with the deck) was designed by one of the professors at my school. it was also assembled and cut by undergrad students. it's also regarded as the 'worst' design of the 5.

tootles,

I enjoyed Kabluey. I saw it at the Waterfront Film Festival, and then interviewed the writer/director/star of the film, Scott Prendergast. Here's a link to the interview:
